This year brings many changes. During the conference, FLAEYC will be celebrating the launching of our new structure and re-affiliation under our national affiliate, the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and our regional affiliate, the Southern Early Childhood Association (SECA).

2017 Call for Proposals
(Opens March 31, 2017)
The Florida Association for the Education of Young Children is seeking creative, innovative and informative sessions for our 2017 Conference. Conference sessions should focus on trends, practices, and issues in early childhood education, birth through age eight. Program tracks will be 1 hour or 1 ½ hours. We are happy to offer a complimentary conference registration for one presenter, however, no funds are available to pay presenters. Presenters are responsible for their co-presenters registration and fees. Information will be sent to the primary presenter. The primary presenter will share the information with co-presenters.
FLAEYC is excited to accept proposal submissions for the 2017 60th Annual FLAEYC Conference taking place September 15-17, 2017 in Orlando, Florida. A committee will review the proposals and make selections.
The deadline for submissions is May 26, 2017.
Exhibitors wishing to purchase Vendor Demos must submit a Call for Proposal.
Exhibitors and Sponsors
Exhibitor booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not final until payment has been received. The Exhibit Hall floor plan is updated every few days so when selecting your booth(s), be sure to have several choices in mind. Your registration will be confirmed via email AFTER booth availability is confirmed.
For Non-Profit Organizations, tables will be available in the hallway outside the Exhibit Hall.
