FLAEYC Advocacy in Action

Community advocacy has direct impact on the quality of education provided to our youngest learners. These events offer a platform for parents, educators, and concerned citizens to collectively voice their concerns, driving positive change in early childhood education policies and resources. By actively engaging in such initiatives, we ensure that every child has access to a nurturing and developmentally appropriate learning environment, setting the foundation for their future success.

FLAEYC is proud to announce the launch of our inaugural Advocacy Leadership Training Program (ALTP)! The application process for our 2025 ALTP Cohort is now closed, and we are excited to begin this journey with our selected participants. This groundbreaking program will equip emerging leaders with the tools and skills needed to advocate for early learning at the state and national levels. Our cohort members will culminate their experience by representing FLAEYC at NAEYC’s Public Policy Forum in Washington, DC. Stay tuned for updates as we embark on this transformative journey!
