I understand the needs of a nonprofit organization and feel there is much to do with the new restructure to help FLAEYC survive this change. My first and foremost goal is advocacy for teachers and their professional growth. I am also a voice for the director that worked her way through a profession that had no respect and understand what our future leaders are struggling to enforce in our field.
What is your vision to help move FLAEYC forward in the next few years?
Commitment, tenacity and passion to recruit and retain members and to make sure that all of us understand that FLAEYC is offering a comprehensive organization for all Early Childhood Professionals. There should not be a difference between SECA and NAEYC members since we are bringing Quality and Equality to all.
At Large Representative, 2018-2020
